Tai Kam Leong is a big believer in learning the next, for the now. For that to happen in business and professionally, he finds it useful to stay hungry, be constantly challenged, to get involved in more things than necessary and to put on a different lens every once in a while. 

As such, his past 15 years have been spent on advertising, strategy and planning, product development and marketing, before currently indulging in marketing comms, branding and partnerships with Maxis. He is most excited today with data as a company culture; the continued evolution of creativity as a value driver; smarter equitable partnerships to unlock opportunities; removing the term digital from marketing; and most of all, simplification in such diverse and complex times.
