Marketing veteran Karen Ong has recently joined the multinational dairy company Fonterra as its marketing director.Ong joined from her last role at Johnson & Johnson as marketing and customer marketing director, where she has been with the company since August 2001, according to her LinkedIn.

Throughout the years at J& J, Ong also worked in overseas markets such as the US and China in 2011, in which for the latter, she was associate director for slightly more than a year.Before J&J, she was senior brand manager at Colgate-Palmolive for more than four years.

She explained that the Fonterra family, which has grown exponentially and spread across four continents worldwide, is united by their stringent standards for dairy quality. It is this
